That is a pretty impressive feat of stupidity. I'm impressed the mother has time to file law suits when she should be wallowing in the painful knowledge that her daughter's death is entirely her fault.

She had to have been inside looking for those damned left socks she keeps on losing.
How many times do I wish that the laundry would just start when going to the laundromat. Lousy machines.
How is it that the mother would let her daughter even be in one. If someone left money in the machine and the door shuts, they usually start. It is not the manufactures fault. I'm sure there were plenty of labels on the machine about "Do not play inside machine". Geeze people, watch your freaking kids!
