Reading through all of the entries I posted so long ago, I found one thing that is actually a useful piece of advice that I left to myself over 7 years ago:

if you think of it at 3am, its probably not a good idea.

It's not quite 3am, so I can safely reply. As I told Heather, if you don't have my current p number, it's not because it has changed. We need to catch up. Recently I have gained lots of time and so lots of time to talk to you.
