I bought myself an orchid in celebration -- plants I have a great weakness fondness for but kill with alarming regularity -- and bought my mom some Troll Beads. they shipped me Bleak House last Monday and it's still not here and I know the mailman was being lazy yesterday. Hope it comes tomorrow.

Bleak House!! I don't have an "official" copy but a friend burned it for me when it aired here on PBS and I LOVED it. Gillian was amazing and luminous and incredible. The rest of the cast was pretty damned good, too, and ITA about Burn Gorman. LOL.

YAY, Chessie!! So glad and relieved to hear she recovered so well.
