Coastal walk from Oranmore Castle to Oranisland

Have been doing a series of coastal walks at low tide near Galway lately. Walks so far include: Roscam to Galway docks; Oranmore castle to bridge at Millplot; and this evening a circuit of Ardfry peninsula ( Read more... ) -

swam 1k in 22'15" this evening.
I used to do this in under 15' as a teenager. strange feeling to relearn it.
