My mom just called. My grandma died.

I am so happy that randomcub and I got to see her just a few weeks ago. I kind of suspected it would be the last time I saw her, but I didn't think it would be this quick. She seemed to pass peacefully. She had lunch today as normal and they went to get her from her room at 2 o'clock for some entertainment thing they

She was a great lady and a character and a helluva flirt. L.A. is not gonna be the same without her. I'm so glad I got to meet and know her. I miss her already.

What a legacy to receive. From what I gather from both randomcub and your journals, she sounds like a real firecracker; someone you'd want to know.

Thanks again Paul. She was quite the firecracker right up until the end. When we were out there a couple of weeks ago, my sister tried to help her down the stairs and she slapped my sister's hand away and said she could do it herself!
