its when you look within... its then that you discover who you are. and when you're looking around you're blinded by the world around you and when you realize who you are you feel so stupid and relieved

I read it as you own your perception of reality and you construct what you think others' is. You can construct reality as you wish. The way we view/feel about the world can change if you will it.
