here's an update. whew... i just got back from running. i only ran a mile and a half but that's b/c i'm sick. i'm proud of myself for running on a saturday, i usually don't. mostly b/c my xbox is crapped out. it was fine until brad touched it. i guess i have to take it to get it serviced. me and brad are on better terms now, so that's good.
