sustainable sushi guide

I know many of my friends are sushi lovers, so I'm posting this for you guys. Its a list of what seafood is sustainable. I've been scuba diving in areas that were over fished, its a sad sight to see. Interesting. Farm raised salmon is on the avoid list, while wild caught is OK. I prefer wild caught anyway, but if they are farm raised shouldn't it be sustainable? Or are there other issues in play here?

A lot of times the farming is very bad for the surrounding environment and the fish itself is bad for you because it is stuffed full of antibiotics and the crap they feed them is bad. (Actually read an article saying that farm raise salmon has more omega6 and less omega3, than the wild stuff; which is high in omega 3 ( ... )
