i'm pretty sure the phone interview with Schwab went well. i actually have an in person interview in a week (Thursday the 13th) with two of the hiring managers. According to the hiring coordinator (the woman i spoke with on the phone) if they like me, then i just fill out paperwork and they do a background check, and if all that goes through ( Read more... ) -

I am sitting here in my econ class, hating it and being bored, so i figured i would update.
i had interviews with north western mutual finance, waddell & reed and core financial, which i think i mentioned before. NWMF went out the door right away because i didn't score high enough on their assessment to determine how good i would be at selling, oh ( Read more... ) -

It was a really long weekend. i worked approximately 24 hours between friday and sunday, so that was exhausting. i did start reading some of my gmat book, so i guess that's good.
I didn't do too well on my first finance test. i got like a 76, though the class average was around a 70 so i guess its not terrible, but i spent almost all day thursday ( Read more... ) -

i got a phone call a bit ago. i have an interview with Waddell and Reed on Tuesday at 2:00.
right on, though i think they are more of a "sales" thing, so we'll see. -
