I'm on my way to Tel Aviv. It's an extremely warm, crowded flight, and my knees pushed against the seat in front of me before he reclined. His twitching is causing my laptop screen to wiggle violently. The similarly spastic child behind me at one point launched into a kick fest until a shot him a very cold look

Also a key point to keeping the person ahead of you from reclining is to start screaming in pain and banging their seat. Unfortunately it also involved being injured to provoke that response from me. (American has even smaller seats and I ended up with a bruised swollen knee after that.)
Though being tall as we are you can probably also try the approach of leaning over the top of their seat and gentlely asking them to put their seat up as you are in extreme discomfort. The leaning over the seat makes them rather disconcerted, that whole you can see the top of my head thing.
We should have gotten you one of those little hats so you could blend in, maybe you can get one while you're there. :)
And at least you have internet right?
Oh and Jeff was trying to call you because Raviv thinks the hotel won't let you check in until noon. But I guess they have showers at work or some nonsense. And he's trying to get something set up for you.
