I agree -- I felt they really missed an opportunity there. I mean, Sam believed Dean had died! Then Dean shows up, with their dead mother! There should have been a little more debriefing at least.

So nicely done. I wish that we had the ability to do the equivalent of Director's Cut re-releases of the episodes (with us as the directors, of course).
