Despite the misgivings of some friends, I'm headed to DC this weekend for the Organized Resistance meets. This meet could go in any of several ways. that's sweet. you're so far the only person that's been remotely supportive,most people are like "uh-oh" or "nice knowing you". they treat me like i'm some sort of violent anarchist or something.

I used to hang with a few more politically active people -- squatters & anarchists & such. They populate West Philly mainly. My travelling partner back from New Orleans, Pigpen, was one those. Cool guy.

There's really nothing wrong with anarchism in theory. The stupidity of the masses kinda turned me away from it, tho.

Anyway, we have to stand up for ourselves, and since i haven't been, i'm glad someone is.

I had no idea you felt passionate enough about this topic to become actively involved. This just proves to me how little I really know you.

That bothers me.

Anyway ... "be careful" and all that other crap. You might not be a violent anarchist, but other people are.
