I learned off of knittinghelp.com They have videos you can watch online that make it super easy! You should try it out. Also, the first stitch and bitch book really helps. The writing is fun and easy to get through and enjoyable. Not like a boring manual. Those are the two things I learned off of...

and tons of practice and taking things apart. haha.
