i made it through my first 3 days of subbing...wasn't too bad. there were some really good kids that i enjoyed talking to and another class that was awful, but i guess every teacher has that. but i definitely look forward to doing it again ( Read more... )

the house is getting tented this week, so we must move out of the house. in this process, we have to take all our food/meds/toiletries for us because it'll get contaminated otherwise. this'll be the first time in years (if ever) that we'll be cleaning out our food pantry. i'm excited because then it won't be so cluttered anymore with food we haven' ( Read more... )

the one good thing about being unemployed means that i can bake to my hearts desire. haha i just made over 2 dozen sugar cookies, frosted and sprinkled for my sweetie and his coworkers. i'm very excited. i'm actually gonna go bring it over right now. :]

im so irritated! all these obstacles keep popping up to stop me from getting any job. i found out i needed to get an updated TB test to sub (last time i took a TB test was 4 years ago for marching band). so i went and got that done on monday (i was really hoping i could turn in my paperwork on monday) and i have to wait till wed to get the results ( Read more... )

i have to keep reminding myself that when i'm at a low-point, the only way to go from there is up. and i am for sure slowly rising back up. :]

i honestly feel 100x better at this very moment. i needed the heart-to-heart with ariel today. and i spent some good quality time with eric. i'm a happy girl again. hopefully, i can make this last as long as possible.
