GACKT - YFCz in Bochum, Germany

It was unreal, the fact that we were going to see Gackt live this day. So we got up early, around 10, but not because we were heading to Bochum already, but because we had some shopping to do.
First we went to Ikea in Hengelo, got excited over everything they have there, and I was supposed to only buy me a mirror for my bedroom, but instead I ended up buying a mirror, and two big plates for serving food (okay, mainly for sushi :P), a lidded box for keeping rice in it, and a CD box so I could put all my copied discs in there. And my hunny got her a plant called "Pedilanthus", which looked really nice. And when we were done shopping, we got us Ikea hotdogs (that was our breakfast, technically :P) and then returned to Almelo where we did a tiny make-up shopping and then came back home.
What was funny though, was that just before taking the last turn to get to the main street behind my house, the street closed because the bridge was coming up for a boat to pass (next week it's Havendagen in Almelo, so there are a lot of ships and boats coming), and while we were waiting, we saw my neighbor on her bike right next to us. So we had a little talk while waiting for the lights to turn green again, and then we finally arrived home.
After a quick washing our hair, we got interrupted by the same neighbor we saw earlier, she brought me a tiny bottle of flowers as a welcoming gesture (she's the only neighbor I know, and only met her a couple of weeks ago after living here for six months already lol)
It was so nice of her, and the flowers were from her garden :D Of course, I couldn't invite her in at that time because we were going to eat and get ready to go. Will do that some other time ^^
We had sushi for lunch (I had made too much of it the day before, so we needed to kill the rest before it got ruined lol) and after that we started getting ready for Bochum.
As always, we didn't pay attention to the time, and once we were almost done we panicked and got the hell out of here x) As a result, I forgot to take the glow sticks I had bought for us to use during "Flower", and only remembered it when we were on the motorway :(
The road was really nice. No traffic jam, not much constructions, only at some point there was a grandpa driving in front of us on a one-lane street (just before reaching the motorway) and what do we see behind us? A Lamborghini. And mangasakira told me "just wait until he reaches the motorway". As soon as we got to the motorway, we heard a loud ROOOOAAAARRR and a yellow 'thing' passing (yeah it was yellow). I was like O____O! Mind you, we had the windows closed, and were listening to YFCz audio rip at a not-so-low volume! Damn that car was fast and loud! It was like "ZOMGYAYMOTORWAYWOOOOSH!!" We had a nice exciting moment over the Lamborghini and how fast and loud it was. Shiiiiiiit!
And then we continued the road, talking laughing, and mocking Gackt for his fail at screaming, and then mangasakira tells me to look what's driving behind us. I look through the side mirror, and I see a Mustang. A Ford fucking Mustang. It was dark grey, and I was spazzing all over it when suddenly there was ANOTHER ONE (black)! And I simply turned around to stare at them instead of staring through the mirror lol!! And when they passed us, only then I was like HOLY CRAP THEY'RE MUSTANG CONVERTIBLES!!! OH MY GOD THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! I think I had an orgasm the moment I saw them. Seriously. I love Mustangs, and I love convertible cars in general. So the two combined.. holy shit xD And it didn't help the both drivers looked very delicious! Dark hair with blue eyes.. beautiful. And they definitely looked like the kind who KNOWS they look good, and would use it to their advantage. And I think they noticed that we were staring, so after they passed us speeding up, they slowed down until we reached them and had a good look xD (though in real it was only because they needed to take a turn into the 'Ausfahrt' (what's that word in English anyway? Exit?)
Anyway, after the orgasmic Mustang encounter, we continued the drive, stopped at a gas station to fill up the tank and get us some drinks, and then continued the way towards Bochum.
Once we were there, we saw the long line of mixed emo/punk/goth/lolita dressed people, and we knew we were there. But, we weren't xD It was the toilet line lol!! But the venue wasn't too far from it, and after parking the car on the street we walked into the place and holy crap there were a lot of people!!
We were looking for our friends who were there before us, and while we stood there in the parking lot trying to find them, we were found by kaosuschi and she told us where they were :D
So we met up with seinen_no, oemmelchen, fonulyn and also sick_pride and his friend vivid_decadence.
We sat there under the shadows watching the others getting a sunburn waiting in line. Had a nice chat and after some time sick_pride and vivid_decadence left and we continued waiting until it was time to get in. While waiting, I was sent on a photography mission xD I took some pictures of the people waiting in line, and after a bit of more time it was finally time to get in.
Our first stop was the toilet lol! And we skipped the merch room because it was crowded, so we headed into the hall, and wow.. it was small and almost full! I could see nothing unless I stood waaaaay in the back (aka next to the entrance lol) so as seinen_no, oemmelchen and fonulyn made their way into the crowd, mangasakira and I tried to find a spot for me where I could see something (seriously, being short is a curse in this case) and finally we took a place on the stairs next to the camera in the back. Perfect view for the both of us, and since the venue was so small, it felt as being in the front anyway :D
As we were waiting, at some point the roadies came on stage to test the equipment, and suddenly everyone pushed forward, but when they realized it's just the roadies, they pulled back xD Everyone was shouting "YFC" from time to time, and the camera guy seemed to have fun filming the crowed from the balcony. I was waiting for the moment when he'd fall off though, since he was leaning forward nicely lol! (but thankfully he didn't fall ^^)
And then, Gackt's "secretary" talked. I've only read about him, and I thought that it was a person who'd come up on stage. But nope, it was just a recording (or maybe someone talking from back stage) It was so funny, and here's a video of his "instructions" before the show started.

And after a few minutes, the intro started and GacktJOB came in. Chacha looked as feminine as ever! He's so adorable! YOU was ok (I don't really like him), Jun-ji looked great, and Chirolyn was hilarious! And then, of course, Gackt showed up with the katana in his hand, and ZAN started. That song is somehow addicting.
The show was great! Loved every minute of it, and as soon as Gackt pulled up his shirt upwards a tiny bit, mangasakira and I were like "that's so well worth staying up all night trying to get the tickets!" xD
Lu:na was also great, simply due to the fact that Gackt took off his shirt and oh my God the man's body is HOT!!! Though I wonder what happened to the shirt xD
When they played Mind Forest, I was like "ooooh cool song! ...wait..wtf? OMG THAT'S ENGLISH!" Yup, he sang Mind Forest in ENGLISH. That was quite a surprise :) Though it didn't hurt the ears like Dir en grey's English version of GLASS SKIN does ;)
Everything was great, until one point my back started hurting lol Tried to ignore it as much as I could so I could enjoy the show. And it worked, only I wasn't shouting and pumping my fist up anymore. So I simply remained motion-less, and just enjoyed the show :)
And then, they played EVER, and I laughed so hard at Gackt shaking his shoulders.. or at least "trying" to do it. MAJOR FAIL lol!!! It was cute though x) And here's a video of it:

YOU looked quite surprised, which was good :D Though I still wonder whether Gackt will mention it in his blog about Bochum (if he mentions Bochum at all.. there's nothing so far, I guess, since I haven't seen anything about it on dears)
The show continued, and I almost couldn't feel myself from the waist down anymore xD The show was wonderful, and as it finished, Gackt said a few things to the audience, and then they all left the stage except for Chirolyn who played with the fans a bit, throwing picks at them and making funny faces (seriously, throughout the whole show I was torn between staring at Gackt or Chirolyn's funny faces lol) and as he finished throwing the picks, he turned around, pulled his pants down and rushed towards backstage (and got slapped on the butt by one of the staff members! xD)
And then Gackt's secretary spoke again, after which we started leaving. I still wanted to go to the merch place since I wanted to get me a tie (and later on decided that I want a sleeveless shirt as well) but my back was hurting so much that I didn't care for anything anymore.
We stood outside with our friends for a bit, and then moved to the parking lot to get some drinks and have a smoke together, and then we said baibai to seinen_no, oemmelchen and fonulyn as they headed back to Hamburg, and we went to the car and headed back to Almelo.
On the way we stopped at McDonald's, since last month when mangasakira was here we were planning on ditching the baptizing party to go to Nordhorn and get me to try the German version of the McDonald's wraps (because they are bigger than the ones in the Netherlands), and now seemed the best chance to do it (plus we were hungry xD) And so, we stopped at a McDonald's in Lembeck, got us wraps (chicken and beef); tried out the Nürnberger, which tasted nice, and most important: fries *___* And of course, after getting stuffed, we grabbed a couple of brownies and headed back to Almelo. (the brownies had to wait until the next day to be eaten lol)
As we got closer to Almelo, we were both about to doze off in the car. We were suddenly so tired, we didn't even know why. So as soon as we got back home, we went straight to bed. Getting to sleep was quite a task though, since my back was killing me, but eventually I found a pose where it hurt less, and I was finally able to fall asleep hehe x) It was an exhausting day, but it was fun. And we're looking forward to the next time Gackt comes to Europe, and hopefully this time we won't have to stay up all night trying to get tickets xD
