That will always happen. Always, everywhere. And nothing can stop it. Because people think it's discriminating to label people as "intelligent" and "less intelligent" and so everyone has to be in the same group and everyone has to go through the same assignments. As stupid as it sounds! I'm constantly trying to fight for level-groups at school since hell, if you put the intelligent kids in one group and the less intelligent ones in another, EVERYONE benefits from it and the learning results are much better. But noooo, it's not allowed to do that since it might hurt someone's feelings. Pah. Thankfully in my hometown, in the school my dad runs, they got around the rule by dividing the students according to their "enthusiasm" instead of intelligence and this way got them into level-groups in mathematics XD ...and I'm blathering, yes *laughs*

The division according to their 'enthusiasm' is a brilliant way to go around the rule! xD More schools need to do that *nods* :D
