So, I teach a first-grade class every Friday. Usually, their homeroom teacher stays in the classroom, because she handles the discipline and helps translate for me when the kids can't understand me. She wasn't there today, so I was on my own

Because I'm okay with breaking your heart and crushing your spirit, but I'd feel a little more guilty doing that to a six-year-old. :|

Yeah... Not quite sure what to do about this. I'm hoping it's just a one time thing, and the kids will get bored of it next week. If it continues, though, I'll definitely need to say something to the homeroom teacher...
