I FINALLY got into the classes I need to take as prereqs for pharmacy school. It took a lot of running around and many many phone calls and a lot of frustration and begging, but somehow I managed it! ... Now for getting INTO pharmacy school, which seems to be getting more unlikely by the minute

Lol, it's mildly humorous that you're taking level II courses when you haven't even taken the first. And, my goodness, we're both taking microbiology! fighting to the both of us~ and microeconomics- pssshh. when i took it, it was all elementary economics stuff, such as supply and demand. it really isn't that difficult of a concept to grasp so im sure you'll do fine! fighting~~ ^^

Lol yeah that was the only way I could get my prereqs done in time, though, since I didn't take classes in the fall semester. I basically had to beg the professors to let me into the classes and promised them I would take the level I classes in the summer.

Haha but seriously when you say things like "supply and demand", I'm just like, "... What? :D" I'm AWFUL at any classes related to business, history, and physics.

Same here. My brain automatically shuts off when business or physics topics are mentioned, but really, I had not idea about supply and demand before taking that course either, so no worries. It's mostly relationships between consumers and suppliers, but nevertheless, good luck!!

Congrats!! One less thing to worry about - now you just need to pass 'em. :) Did you end up registering at MU or RU? And why is econ a requirement for pharmacy school? No comprende.

I would volunteer to help you with microbiology as necessary, but I can't promise amazing results...

Haha yeah, though the classes shouldn't be too bad! I hope. And I ended up registering at Monmouth, since Rutgers didn't let me into any of the classes I needed. I feel guilty, though, because Monmouth is really expensive and I can't get any financial aid as a non-matriculated student. :\ And I guess because pharmacy retail kind of sort of maybe not really involves economics? I never took it in undergrad because I never thought I'd need it

Well, at least Monmouth is hella more convenient, in terms of travel. Try to think of it as a time vs. money thing?

Thanks! And haha I seriously doubt it, and it's not just because of a lack of confidence in my abilities. I'm just doing everything so LATE, and it's rolling admissions, and there's STILL something wrong with my application. D:
