This has turned out to be an excellent week.

I saw Patty Griffin last night. I was like five feet in front of her the entire time. It's amazing, she's this tiny, frail woman with one of the best, biggest voices I've ever heard. She has such an old soul too. She didn't play anything off Ghosts, maybe that's for the best, I was already in tears,

sir maley, i don't know what you'll end up doing, but if you do decide to make a venture to the burgh, i would be thrilled if it happened to be sometime when i'm in town. regardless, wherever your travels may take you this Summer Holiday Season, may they be joyful and full of interesting people and places.
