i just came upon this on a friend's friends page, but! for a while i worked for a grassroots org. doing canvassing for environmental action and this dude i worked with told me he'd been canvassing... somewhere? back east?, knocked on a door and poof noam chomsky! hot damn. i don't remember if he donated or not.
