Hee! I love that Daniel plays oblivious, but he really isn't :) And Sam's definitely out of practice with seduction, but darn it, this should have worked.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this fic as I catch up on my reading. Poor Sam, thinking all her subtle action was for nothing... Daniel does come off as oblivious sometimes but I guess there are times when he likes to be more direct. *grin* Loved the ending! Great job :)

Okay, so I'm really late to the party here, but this was a great little fic. I liked Sam's wry annoyance with her lack of seduction progress, and her bemusement when she finds out Daniel's been onto her all along. And I love the hint of Evil!Daniel as he seeks vengeance by taking her on the Walk of Doom before letting her get exactly what she wants. And the whisper in her ear at the end! Nicely steamy without blowing your PG rating. Great job.

One editing quibble: burning away her lethargy unto she was moaning against him should be 'until' rather than 'unto'.
