Why is it that love makes people do such stupid things? I am in a relationship that has been, for all essential purposes, dead for a long time. It is slowly killing me. There is a target on my back for a cupid dressed in black. A grenade has gone off within my soul, and yet through the pain of it all, the magic of love keeps me hoping beyond

I know you're talking about your fictional life, but I'm pretty sure you're just taking real life and twisting around the words.

I'm really sorry that your supposed soulmate did the things she did, and that life took such a sharp turn for the worse. You didn't deserve it at all. But you need to move on. You now know that you're in an unhealthy relationship thats all but dead. You need to take the time to let your heart mend and then get back out there. You cant just torture yourself with what isn't going to be...

And if it IS just made up stuff in your head...whoops. Ignore that.
