It's Been Awhile

Hey everyone. Just updating becuase i havent in awhile, Schools goin good, I'm learning how to make loads of new food. We just got to do a whole pig, duck, Buffalo, and were doin rabbit sometime next week. I made a Duck Liver patte(it had too much gelatiin in it) worked a wedding reception, got good pay. I'm working at the Old Packinghouse Cafe now
