I have successfully finished the most difficult task that will face me while I am FMC Fellowship Committee Chair: a formal banquet for 140 with a preceding appetizer hour...while allowing for the need for gluten-free, dairy-free, paprika-free, oregano-free, hot red pepper-free, and cinnamon-free dishes. Set-up and prep began after work on Friday
