Finite Incantatum

I've finished Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. An excellent end to a very enthralling series, and well worth the wait. There are things I think could've been done better or differently, but that has more to do with Rowling's overall style of prose than anything else. The overall book is a thrill to read, and I heartily endorse it.

I enjoyed the whole book and it just kept getting better and better. I actually cried for the last two chapters, and then the epilogue. Yeah... I'm a nerdx100. :D

The middle part of the book went kinda slowly for me, but by the time I got to the last 2-300 pages after the build up for the first part, the book just got better and better.

Also, I think the way the final confrontation was played was totally awesome. It was like a movie going on in my head, it was so great.

Agreed, the final bits are really great. Dunno how they're gonna cram this book into a movie format and not lose so so much...but then again, some of the plot points resolved in Deathly Hallows were never started in previous films, and there's a good bit of shuffling around in the middle bits that could be condensed.
