LJ PSA: Illegal to change contracts without notifying customers

US Court of Appeals (9th Circuit) has ruled that online contracts cannot be changed without notifying customers first.

I do believe that means SixApart needs to do some stretching and get lubed up, because it could be a rocky ride.
