And I'm betting not many people are expecting this, either. Last night Ian (padjaiemweru) asked me to marry him (via phone, and I cannot tell you how entirely us that is), and I accepted. I was like "I will believe it when I see it." She loves to call bullshit on my cynicism, so about 48 hours later, you posted the news to your lj.

Oh, and don't worry about the whole 'taking your time' thing...Dave and I dated for just over six months before he proposed, then we were married one month later. Linear time is so overrated, so sayeth Hethert and Hethert's cowgirl!
