[ Minako isn't too sure what to make of the room when she arrives there, really- the paint all over the place seems slightly odd, as if they had a big paintball competition here of sorts. When she looks down though, she notices something off about herself as well, namely that her skin has turned a familiar shade of grey. And that was not the only thing that had changed about her.

But before she had the time or the energy to make a big scene out of that, she spotted the other person in the room, tied to a chair. There's something very vaguely familiar about him, and she can't exactly put her finger on the feeling. But there's something more urgent than that when she notices that he's hurt. That's right, she's a sailor soldier, no matter what this strange situation is or what she turned into, she can't just stand by and do nothing.

So without thinking of any danger or whatever, she quickly steps over a bit to the other person, frowning in worry. ]

Are you.. okay..? [ Well, 'okay' could be used fairly relatively here, right? ]

[His eyes widen when he looks at her. A wriggler? They sent a fucking kid down here? He eyes the colour of the symbol on her shirt. A lowblood, too. Either a follower to see him failed, or some brat wanting someone else to feel superior over. He can almost hear the honks of that crazed bastard when he looks at her.

... But there's no reason to believe the latter. Especially given her expression. She looks kind of lost.]

Kid, get the fuck out before they find you.

'They'..? [ She repeats, and it sounds just as lost as her earlier question. She glances over her shoulder somewhat anxiously though, as if these mysterious 'they' could appear anytime now.

She turns her head back to him, almost frowning a little in all her confusion. ]

Wait-- no, what about you? No way I'm going to leave you behind! [ Even if she's only just met this guy. It just doesn't feel right. ]

[He can’t help but grin at that, even if the expression is painful. Stupid little wriggler. Stupid, brave little wriggler. How she got down here, he didn’t know or care. But she’d obviously done it for him.

His leadership, his ideals - they must’ve touched more than the adults he’d lead. More than the group the Subjuggalators had ambushed. And she was showing remarkable guts in the face of the gore painting the walls.]

Kid, if you turn around and leave now, you can pretend you came down to laugh at the fucking joke blood. They might think that funny enough to not paint the walls with you.

[He hawks and spit’s a gob of blood to the floor - the only bright red in the nauseating whorls of green, blue, purple, yellow and brown. Then he looks up at her and grins.] Or if you’re serious about what you just said, you can untie me and bust me out. They took my sickles, but fuck if I need them to put half of these fuckers in a world of pain.

I’ll get you out of here.

[If there's one thing he's pretty sure of it's the fact that the 'paint' isn't exactly what it appears to be. He doesn't need to take a closer look at the guy... troll? in front of him to know that. He does feel bad for the guy in such a shitty state though, which could be the only reason for him to step a bit closer into the hellhole of a room. His hands in his pockets and eyes still safely behind his shades, he doesn't even noticed his changed appearance at first.]

See, this is where I'd ask the really retarded question of if you're ok when it's pretty damned obvious you're not. So I'm gonna skip the bullshit. You need help out of here?

[His eyes widen at the sight of the red emblazoned on the kid’s shirt and shoes. The symbol on his shirt - some broken disc - was black and grey. He remembered when he’d been a wriggler, and his damn lusus had tried to get him to wear a grey symbol. Was that the same with this kid?

His pulse quickened. No… this kid couldn’t be a mutant like him. That was kind of the point of him being a mutant, after all - no one else having the colour of blood that he did. It had to be some kind of trap. The kid was probably some blueblood, sent in as a joke at his expense.

There was almost a growl in his throat when he spoke.]

Is this some kinda fucking joke? Piss off.

[Okay, so the guy was gonna be a total douchebag about this. That really wasn't going to stop Dave though, he didn't give a fuck if someone had an attitude problem. Least not in situations like this.

He takes a few steps forward, looking down to check what the hell he just stepped in to finally notice his own skin isn't what it's supposed to be. Welp. Ok. So now he's a troll apparently. He can deal with that later too.]

Look bro, I ain't got a clue what you're goin on about. We need to get you the hell out of here though, even I can guess that much. This shit don't look like much of a five star hotel.

I'll have you know I was a thousand fucking times more comfortable looking at the blood of these fucking heroes who died 'cause of me than I am looking at some jumped up little shit parading around my blood colour because it's cool.

Go back. Tell the highbloods the joke didn't fucking work.

S-Sir...?

[ he had seen people with skin like this on the network - he didn't know or understand it, but he could tell this man needed help. as he nervously reaches out he's shocked to look down at his hand - he was grey as well? was this an affect of the dream...?

he tries to push his questions to the back of his mind, and steps toward Karkat again, his strange new shoes stepping in some of the paint all over the floor. ]

H-How um- can I help you?

[He fixes the newcomer with a glare, trying to discern what colour his blood would be. Green seems to be the predominant colour, and he's reminded viciously of her for a moment. But she's gone - her blood is decorating these very walls.]

I don't know. Can you?

[He shifts in his bonds.]

[ when Viktor's cheeks flush a nice bright green that should settle the blood colour deal - he'll try to tilt his head and look at the bonds, before looking down at the paint he keeps walking in. he'll carefully walk, trying not to get it on his pants. ]

I-I'll try- who...who did all this...?

[ tying a guy down in a room covered in paint...he was bleeding too... why? this was so horrible... he'll glance at the bonds, still a little stunned with his grey skin and pointed nails as he tries to fiddle with it. ]

I-I can take care of your um...w-wound too...

Who? Are you fucking kidding me? The Subjugglators did this. Who'd you think? [His eyes narrow, but then he snorts a laugh at his offer, shaking his head.] Leave it. Half of them are scared shitless of the red anyway. They act like they're not, because they're even more scared of the fucking Highblood, but it's fun seeing them recoil at this. [When he grins, his mouth is full of blood. It oozes between his sharp teeth, looking hideously gory in the low light of this room.] Maybe I'll spit some on them. Make them think they've got some fucking awesome ubiquitous malady, eh?
