Today was way better than I thought it would be. My INCISION (hehehe) only gave me greif after 3rd band, which is amazing, cause in the past the only time I went without an ice pack was when I was lying on the couch. i.e. not walking

alison my babies i wish i knew about depression so i could say something helpful. but sadly i only know the technical stuff about serotonin and whatnot so forgive me for not having any helpful advice.
what i do have to say is that if you've got anything to say, i'm here to listen. or read. i think that using livejournal as a venting tool for the things you can't usually say out loud is what makes it so great. and what's better is when you know that someone's out there listening.
and if you want to talk or anything, well, i definitely don't feel like doing my homework...
