The drama with the Blue Cube, or really, Nissan of the Eastside in Bellevue,  has finally been put to rest!  Not without a bit of last minute, "let's see if we can still screw you", action.  Last month I bought a new car, only because of 1) a teenager with a cellphone who missed a yield sign 2) the Cash for Clunkers program which gave us $4500 more ( Read more... )

That is absolutely horrible, and I hate that they think they can do that to people. What happened to customer service?! I'm glad that you stood up for what was right, and I hope that their bad reputation gets spread far and wide.

Have you posted a review on Yelp yet?

I have yelped, and Angie's list, and dealer-rate (where I found someone who got screwed in the same way 2 weeks before). I will post wherever I find to post. And looking for a way to send letter to corporate, although I filled out 2 Nissan surveys they went to me.
