Asami was so mean to Fei Long, he was an uncivilized ape for slamming Fei's face to the door, pointed a gun at him, and threatened Tao's life on him. He should be punished some more if you ask me. "Feilong was nothing but a cold blooded snake"? Fei was a good mommy to Tao, good mafia/business boss to Baishe, and was the most gorgeous man in the yaoi universe. Asami should still go after Fei if he could handle a lover of that caliber. Well, puppies are cute, and Asami was a puppy person. Well, of course we value Fei at his true worth. It's just that Asami of course doesn't, and Fei himself doesn't, sadly. That's all stupid Yantsui's fault. *stuffs Yantsui into toilet with Asami* I was tempted, after last NT chappie, to bring YOH into it...! Yoh values Feilong at his true worth, definitely! But that would have been a bit deus ex machina. But you never know...!

So yes, apologies for abusing our lovely Fei. He did hold up his dignity well, however, despite Mr. Cave Man's antics, eh? ^_~

No need to apology, we all know what a bastard Asami is, you have done a wonderful job writing about him here. Asami should buy Fei some big ass diamonds to make up for it.

Hanging around people like Asami didn't help Fei's self esteem.*sighs* But I am confident that Fei would be able to figure it out sooner or later. Yoh had the eyes for Fei, but he was not very handsome, and he betrayed Fei. I was hoping that Yoh didn't give the real deed to Asami, but looked like he did. If Fei retained Yoh by his side after the fiasco, he would be criticized heavily. Yoh's character was too straight and narrow, do you think he would torture/castrate Yantsui to please Fei?

re: Yoh, awwww, I think he's handsome! And I think Fei needs a little straight and narrow, to balance him out a bit. Plus I mean, yeah, Yoh may not be into torture or whatever (especially since it happened to him, although sometimes that goes the other way, like with Fei himself, he was treated so harshly that now he takes it out on others)... but he's a double agent. That's pretty hardcore. I mean, it took a lot of balls to be able to do that for that whole time. And the fact that after all that he was able to reveal his true feelings to Fei, well... I give him a lot of points for that. *fangirl melts*

Excellent chapter! I am loving the exchange between Feilong and Asami, and may just about to quote the whole fic. X) Here are my favorites, though:

So true. X) I can't believe how...resilient he is. Dude, he's been shot, kidnapped, beaten up, raped, threatened...by different men of different nationalities and brought from Japan to Hong Kong. It's a wonder he kept on living. I SO agree on what you stated at the latter part of this chapter.

Thank you! Yes, our Aki is quite resilient. For all the crap he gets in the fandom for being the useless uke, the truth is, he holds his own pretty darn well. There's a reason why Asami is so attracted to him, and it's not just for his sweet little round arse. The kid's got spunk! The fact that he's able to stay afloat at all in Asami's world is really saying something. Yeah, he's dogpaddling, but most people would have gone under a long time ago.

Tee hee, I also totally love AsamixFei, just for their dynamics. Just put the two of them together in a room, and sparks will fly! It's quite delicious. *licks them*
