Hmm, I haven't heard it described like that before, but yeah, that's pretty close.
Back when I worked for the Ed Dept. you would occasionaly get cases of shoplifting where the cops would come up to the school and interview the accused separately(they always seem to shoplift in groups). They'd basically take them into a room one by one and tell them that their mates had rolled over on them. Being that these guys were too stupid to exercise their Miranda Rights, they would protest that it wasn't all their fault and spill their part in the sorry little affair. If they'd only kept their mouths shut they probably would have gotten away with it every time.

What ever happened to good old fashioned BEATINGS????

Similarly, as humans we exhibit traits that make us unique from every other species on the planet - destruction and devastation abound... Perhaps these are offset with the unparalleled displays of compassion, love and kinship that also make us extraordinary?

Who would have thought a kitchen soup of sugar, water and carbon thrown together in a vulnerable weak skin bag would be capable of such?
