Ostrov (The Island) is a brilliant movie! If you don't mind subtitles and have a DVD player that plays all regions, you should definitely see this. I know how it ends. I came across a page by page photocopied book on-line. Didn't read anything but the epilogue, and then went to a spoiler community to see what had to be said there. ...at Imax with the additional 3D scenes. For a movie it was good, and I understand the need to change some of the facts around to condense and drive the plot into a flowing movie format, but it was still slightly annoying. That said, it was a nice evening. My husband and I took our oldest nephew and he had a great time.

Went to a small local one today that goes on every weekend during the summer. Had fun, but very few people (including those who work there) actually dressed as if they were from the Renaissance.
