I went on a hike with a friend today and it was a glorious 65 and sunny. I hadn't gone since August, before Justin's surgery (I know he's itching to go as soon as we get his doctor's ok). It'd been way too long. I checked my boots for spiders and everything. Two hours of catching up was nice too.

It was excellent! Plus, it was just plain good to catch up. We used to do tons of hikes, happy hours, and fun outings before fourth semester. We have lots of making up to do!

This weekend is supposed to be in the mid to high 60s here, I can't wait.

It was perfect shorts/short sleeves hiking weather. Must go again soon!

Eh, not really. Sammi's actual birthday party is this Saturday and we all generally like to spend one weekend day being totally fucking lazy. I'm talking brunch at 11, jammies until well into the afternoon, etc.
