I went for a hike with a friend this morning and couldn't have asked for better weather. High 60s and cloudy, so warm without the sun-beating-down-on-you heat. Now let's see if I can find some equally delightful fixings to throw together for lunch.

Pretty lovely! I had some Indian food, but the best part was capping it off with some pomegranate sorbet. I want more now!
