Ugh. When I went to Japan, many guys, after using the washroom, would just turn on the faucet, run their thumb and index finger under the water for a split second, then leave. Ewwww.

thats soooo gross. Im a purell and hand sanitizer freak, so im definitly in that percentage haha. I hatee it when people dont wash their hands.. thats so nasty!!! eww..
