get the manager if you can't do it

giving them the frappes would have been a good gesture
what are they going to do?

drink them themselves?

OMG, I remember times I would stand in a Starbucks (or other company's) line for a ridiculous amount of time for a cuppa. So glad I don't drink the stuff any more.
