Just finished my first week of class!! I think I like all of them...my arm is DEAD from life drawing today...2 hours of straight gesture drawing is a frickin' workout!!

arg, still need to buy all of my books....but no class tomorrow! 4 day weekend :D

only 2 hours? you wouldn't last a week in mcad. my first day of figure drawing we had 5 hours of gesture, changing positions every 2 minutes. we had 3 breaks and that is it. 2 hours of drawing is warming up for us. actually that is how the professor puts it. 2 hours of warming up, 2 hours of searching, 4 hours of actual drawing work and then 2 hours to warm down. in advanced drawing we would have series that would take 30 hours to make, with 3 weeks to work on them and were not the finals
