Just a quick tutorial for some anime screencap coloring :)
The icon was made using Photoshop 7.0. The tutorial uses Color Balance and Fill Layers.

Mmm.. This is delicious. x) Subtle, light and just lovely coloring!~ Lately I've been using only Color Balance, but your tutorial makes me want to try something new. XD I think the first 3 steps are kinda inspiring. LOL
