no, you're not annoying us, I think it's very cool. Sad about the badgers, though...hopefully someone will be able to get them into a better situation soon.

Yes -- we're hoping that as the days wear on, Pauline will get distracted with something else she'd like to control, and we can use that opportunity to help the badgers.

The badger is also, apparently, a cyborg.

I noticed it was VERY odd that the eyes weren't the 'normal' red-reflecting sort that usually results from a camera's flash. I know it's normal for spiders to reflect blue from their eyes, so I was surprised to see this result from ole Badgy...wiiiierd, I know!

I don't know...maybe the other kitten had just died from other reasons and so the mom just uh, got it out of the den? I don't know. It is distressing in any case.

It's okay to say these things. There's only so much suffering you can watch. . . poor kitties :( I hope they adjust to bear country okay

When I left yesterday, Vanessa had taken Little Miss Puma home with her for the night (lucky!) so she could keep trying to feed her at all hours. Puma is still hanging in there. It is so cute; she'll open her mouth wide to hiss if anyone looks at her but no sound comes out. She is 'teh fierce kitteh'!
