So, do any of you know of or have any insider information on veterinary technicians? I am thinking about it as a side career to generate income whilst Jesse is in college. If I start this fall i could possibly complete the program before we leave SD ( Read more... )

Do you remember Jay Kluttz (drprofessional)? You might want to ask him seeing as he's almost finished up Vet School.

I think it's a wonderful idea, actually! My eldest brother Chris and his wife Jodie met in vet-tech school, and they made enough (and loved their jobs enough) to support two kids.

Chris has since decided to pursue nursing, and Jodie is doing the family real estate business, but if you had any questions, I'd be happy to put you in touch . . . Chris is very funny and friendly, not at all like me! :)

Hey La, when you're all moved and stuff and can breathe again, can you give me your bro Chris's email sos I can ask him about the realities of Vet Techiness? I shoulda done this last month but I didn't. I promise not to pester him too much.
