it's a new year. Yay! Dyno-mite. Yeessssssss.
Hi 2008.

This year I will:
Turn 30
Have been married for 4 years
Have been out of college for 7 years
Have lived in South Dakota for 1 year
Have owned a pet chinchilla for 3 years

This year I need to:
Find a reason to keep living. Maybe even reason(s).
Live more
Meet more people and make new friends where I live, ( Read more... )

Exercising daily should help you feel better and like doing more things on this list! I replaced exercise with Christmas cookie eating for the past month, but I am trying to get back to doing at least some exercise 6 days a week because I always feel better when I do.

Indeed! I have started back into it as of yesterday and already feel much more energized and at peace. Exercise has similar depression-easing effects as medication, without the medication, which I am really trying to avoid.

We are wise to exercise. Hee hee that RHYMES!
