Is it really possible for people to change?

...I don't mean slightly but, a complete swap in a sense. Going from being cruel to kind or vice-versa.

I believe it's possible - though I don't believe most would go through the true effort to do such a thing.

I think in most cases, it's certainly easier said than done. To change one at their core isn't a burden oneself that can be taken lightly.
