Trying to think of gendered jobs

That is, when you say you are an X, people therefore expect you to be a certain gender...

Nurse vs. male nurse
Prostitute vs. male prostitute
Janitor vs maid/housekeeper

What am I missing? I'm sure there are many more.

Do people actually say "female engineer"? Definitely the assumption is that an engineer is male, but I haven't heard the reverse.
