Congrats. The phone certs aren't really that hard. Once you get out of OCP, you'll be doing fine. Still, DCCAC is a pain in the ass. If you get DCSC down the line, that'd be great.
You mean Service Contracts? Seems like a boring exercise in masochism to me. Customer Assistance is more like what I'm used to. Sure, it's stressful, but since it's only the first step, I don't think it'll be a problem.
Susan thinks I'd make a great coach or MOPAR agent. I figure I'll shoot for coach (if I can arrange transportation to work from monday on, that is).
Service Contracts are very easy, last I remember. Everything is clean-cut, black and white. 98% of the time, it's a yes/no situation. It's a bit of a break from having to deal with someone for half an hour over something that they didn't cover in the three-week training course, or didn't hear about in OCP.
