way to read the entire entry, christine. you know, for two people who never socialize in person despite being with a half mile of each other at all times, we know a surprising amount of stories/info about each other.
OK. I read the whole thing, word by word this time. Ouch. Your poor car, but atleast neither you nor your friend were physically hurt, which would have made the whole thing so much worse. I'm always tempted to speed up when I see a break in traffic when it's that heavy out of frustration (the speed limit's 55 and i'm going 2mph) and that always results in my hitting the breaks very soon after. Things might look up after the next 2-3 weeks when the semester and finals are over and you get to go home again and actually relax this time.
I blame the fact that we have no friends in common and well.. don't know eachother well enough to say more than 'hi' in person. Entries are fun and easy to respond to.
The same thing happened to me last year on rt 18. luckily my license plate holder sticks out so I prevented any damage to my car and the lady I hit only had little dents in her back bumper from my holder screws. I agree that this break was kind of shitty. Maybe things will be better this winter?
i once backed into a truck in the dunkin donuts parking lot. yeah, the one in fanwood. the bastard was parked illegaly! i didnt look to that spot because i didnt think there would be a car there!
this semester cannot be over soon enough. i've seen cops parked extremely inappropriately in that dunkin donuts. they leave the cruiser on. one day, i'll take the car. when i do, you all had better be ready, cause i'm picking you, ilya, russo, and varun up and we're all getting arrested together.
christmas break we'll have more fun. maybe people will be "willing to organize something." although i dont know what there is to organize other than saying "hey, you can come over whenever you want" to a few people. which is always the case for you at La Casa de Schink, my friend.
that's certainly how it works at school, but it seems like more effort is required at home. somehow, sitting in a room doing nothing is more acceptable at school than it is at home. and thank you for your open invitation; it is, of course, reciprocated.
