That can't be good.

I am now dizzy, feel very cold in my body, warm in my head, and I ache all over.

At what point does a fever become a hazard to an adult? I'm not sure.

104 F you need to go to the ER because they have to bring down the temp. Take Tylonel every 4 and advil every 6! Rotate! This should bring down your fever and help with your body aches! Remember to drink lots of fluids and make sure you check your blood sugar constantly. You are at high risk right now! Remember what happen to that girl at Hillcrest!
