Read it yesterday, enjoyed it a lot- first read highlights were teenage cobras, and Adrienne coming back. I know what she did was wrong, but I did feel a little bad for her.

I found myself sympathizing with Margaret at the end too. I seriously doubt Leo kept her alive out of the goodness of his heart either. He probably intends to hang the failure all on her shoulders. Like I said in my previous comment, I really think Annie should have taken the shot.

They live about twenty/twenty-five years, on average, so...quite a few.

I loved it,and the mice. You can see her starting to come towards a place to be open towards building a better relationship with Verity. PS. I really should not have finished it last night. I needed to go to bed before 2:30 a.m. but such is life
