Does every hospital have that many weird cases? I swear, those people must live by a nuclear power plant, everyone has cancer or some sorta super virus. Or Lupus.

Anyway, I love this show. Way better than E.R., Scrubs and Grey's Anatomy.

You must have missed the episode where they caught house secretly putting bio chemicals into the water supply.. not only did it increase his paycheck, but somehow he always knew what the problem was.

I don't think so- but it would be a boring show if he just saw people with colds.

Also, since he's a diagnostician, he's more of a specialist. Specialists see weird crap all the time. :)

And the fact that house is called only after other doctors can't make a diagnosis

The thing with House's hospital is that the patients don't normally show up there unless no other doctor can solve the problem. It's a last restort hospital.
