Why It's Hard For People To Change

I am also guilty of this. Routine is my nature and even if something is not good for me, I will still do it. I am finding that I have to do something for about two weeks for it to became a permanent part of my routine. One week of going to the gym to go before I will not have to go every day. The book reviews on everything I am reading is helping.

Now if I can get myself motivated to write more we will be home free.
